At Cultivate Financial, building strong and lasting relationships with clients is a priority. Your feedback plays an essential role in helping improve the way services are delivered. Whether you'd like to share a positive experience or raise a concern, this process makes it easy to reach out and be heard.
Compliments
It's always appreciated when clients take the time to share when something has gone well. If you've received exceptional service or simply want to recognise a positive experience, you're encouraged to let us know. This feedback is shared internally to continue delivering service that reflects transparency, care and professionalism.

If you feel something hasn’t met your expectations, you're just as welcome to get in touch. Cultivate Financial has a process in place to address any concerns fairly and as quickly as possible.
When lodging a concern by email or post, please include as much detail as you can so the issue can be understood and investigated efficiently.
